After years with her previous Broker/Dealer, Helen was becoming
increasingly dissatisfied. Between limiting what she could

products, her broker dealer was no longer the right fit. She

feels she has been given an opportunity to deepen her relationship
with her current clients.
Aside from the procedural and service differences, Helen's

person who's not about the numbers or the products.
And Shelly's enthusiasm and personal approach are great
too. It's easy to see that they are real people who
truly like what they do. Both TPA and Cambridge have been
extremely supportive.”
Helen has also experienced a new level of flexibility and
options with TPA and Cambridge. “I appreciate the wide
range of products and services offered by Cambridge. And,
if they don't already offer a service, they are receptive
to implementing new ones based on your suggestions.
For example, at the time I joined, they did not offer a 529
Plan in NY but the responsiveness of TPA and Cambridge was
exceptional and they signed a selling agreement that same
day. They really listen to what you have to say and deliver
what you need.”
And what's the best way to judge Helen's satisfaction
with TPA? “I've already referred two of my former
colleagues to TPA and they're thrilled. We sometimes
look back on our experiences with our old Broker/Dealer and
wonder how we did it!”
